Anybodyb got an opinion on Myriad bid for Synchronica? The Synchronica board has issued a do nothing statement but they seem to be hiding a big problem that Myriad has spotted - which might be one reason they have been pursuing them for months. It doesn't seem clear whether Synchronica has the cash to pay Nokia for the messaging business they bought The board has said they made payments to the Finns last year but does that actually means they are left us with less cash this year? Myriad is claiming it has plenty of cash as part of the deal. Given how important this could be Synchronica's defense case the board needs make a statement and fast.
