If a company is paying for promotion, would the run last as long as the amount they paid for promotion? A friend of mines road lexg from 2.00 to 10.00 because he know how much money was paid to promote. He's telling me that GGRI is the next big thing because of the money they paid for promotion. Do you think that may be a true statment? cause i was thinking about buying and holding verses scalping if thats the case. what are your views about paid promotion stocks?

Paid promotion stocks have no rules Anthony. In theory, the more money paid for the promotion the better it is going to be. LEXG was a multi million dollar promotion and it did very well so that may lead people to think the more money spent on a promotion the better. However, WTFS was also a $1 million promotion and it went from .75 down to .10... POTG & RYUN on the other hand though we haven't found any large budgets for them yet they have both returned over 1000%. So for every major promotion that goes the way of LEXG, there is one that goes the way of WTFS.. and for the ones that aren't big promotions at all (at least on the surface) you get moves like POTG & RYUN. Therefore, we tend to just treat each one separately and play it by ear. always have a strategy, stick with it and drown out the noise.
